Troy Schneider

Creating Common Sense Digital experiences

With nearly 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, I craft user-centric digital products that balance visual appeal with functionality. My approach combines intuitive design with thoughtful product architecture to align business goals with a seamless user experience.

While simultaneously serving in active duty US Army, I worked with various startup development teams to create innovative digital products across multiple industries including gaming software, clinical healthcare & education, and event services. Following release from the military, I joined Amazon's Grocery Logistics Team as a Supply Chain Manager while continuing to pursue external design endeavors. I also started a YouTube channel named Bitmute in 2025, creating longform educational content around HTML, CSS, and Javascript front-end development

When I'm not developing, you can find me training for Ironman Triathlons, creating content for my YouTube channel, or spending time with my wife and other people I love.

Currently, I am the delivery quality owner for North America's Grocery Logistics Delivery Execution Team. While managing 95 sites across NA, I've driven a 24% reduction in execution cancellations and programmed automation tools that can configure 350+ grocery sites simultaneously.

2025 - Present

Principle Frontend Designer

City Connect LLC, Nashville, TN

Frontend Developer and UX Designer for Nashville Connect, where I designed and built their debut event services website — planning all key flows including account management, event interactions, and site navigation. The platform is projected to serve over 2,000 users. Additionally, I revamped their social media strategy to boost attrition and engagement.

Algoleaf, Austin, TX

Part-Owner and Creative Director, focusing on healthcare and education technology. Led front-end design for two flagship platforms, three website launches and directed branding, UI/UX strategy and marketing design for over 4,000 followers.

US Army Logistics Officer

United States Army, various locations

I led diverse teams and executed large-scale supply chain operations, serving as both a platoon leader and Battalion S4. I advised the Battalion Commander on logistical challenges, managed property accountability, and ensured multi-faceted operational compliance.

Software Testing & Operations Manager

Legacy Arcade, Orange County, CA

Led a team of 12 customer service technicians through over 5,000 hours of collective software and product testing. Additionally, analyzed over 10,000 customer interactions to drive UX enhancements for a growing user base of 4,500 players.
